Cindy provides a range of coaching services designed to help individuals enhance their
personal and professional development. These may include leadership coaching, career growth
strategies, and personal empowerment sessions tailored to specific needs.

To enroll in a course, navigate to the Learn and Grow section of the website, select the course
you are interested in, and click the hyperlink at the bottom. Follow the prompts to complete your registration and payment.

Note - Some courses are not ready for release yet.

Most courses are designed to accommodate individuals at various stages of personal and
professional development. Specific prerequisites, if any, will be listed in the course description.

Yes, we have two communities. We welcome any female to join The Shift Café Community to
have community engagement with other women. When you are a course participant you are also welcomed into The Shift Café Accelerator Membership as well.

1. Digital Courses and Online Programs:

• Full Refund: You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you've completed
  less than 30% of the course content and are not satisfied for any reason.
• Partial Refund: No refunds will be provided after 14 days, but you may be eligible for a partial credit towards another course if you have a valid reason for discontinuation.
• Non-Refundable Items: Downloadable products or consumed digital materials are generally non-refundable to ensure the integrity and value of the content.

2. One-on-One Coaching Services:

• Initial Consultation: The first coaching session can be refunded if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Package Programs: Full refunds are available for package coaching programs if canceled within 7 days of purchase and before the first session.
• Missed Sessions: No refund is available for missed sessions; however, a makeup session may be scheduled if 24-hour notice is provided.

3. Workshops and Group Events:

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your attendance to a workshop or event, a full refund is available if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward future events.

4. How to Request a Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

5. Exceptions:

• Our policy does not cover dissatisfaction due to misuse, misinterpretation, or failure to apply the course material or coaching strategies.
